This two day workshop provides hands-on training and instruction in the most cutting edge, state of the art pain relief method available. Help yourself, your clients, family, friends, teammates, colleagues, get out of pain FAST.

  • Learn techniques to quickly eliminate aches and pains throughout the body, including the head, neck, shoulders, low back, hips, elbows, hands, fingers, knees, ankles, feet and toes.
  • Learn the underlying causes of musculoskeletal pain in the body for all types of clients: general public, athletes, musicians, artists, factory workers, computer workers, seniors, teens, coaches, trainers, etc…
  • Learn why the Rossiter System stretches are so effective at restoring comfortable movement and providing fast, efficient pain relief.
  • Learn how to give back to your clients, friends and family the mobility and comfort that have been missing from their everyday lives.
  • Receive instruction in an interactive, lively, fun environment, with step-by-step instruction, streaming videos, personal coaching, practice and refinement of each technique.
  • Experience and practice each Rossiter technique with a fellow student. All participants learn how to deliver the techniques to a partner, and they also experience how it feels to undergo a Rossiter System workout on their own bodies.
  • Learn better body mechanics for manipulating others’ tissue, including how to use your feet (rather than the more vulnerable hands) to anchor clients’ tissue in place while the client executes deep, powerful stretches “from the inside out.”
  • Receive an instruction manual that includes step-by-step photo instruction and written instruction on each technique that you’ll learn.
  • Leave the workshop feeling better than you’ve felt in a long time…and ready to provide pain relief to most everyone.
  • This class can be taught to just about ANYONE regardless of prior training or experience.

Day One: Learn techniques for the upper body, low back and hips, and knees.

Day Two: Learn techniques for hands and feet, undergo a calibration to make sure you’re delivering and receiving weight correctly, and reinforce what was learned in Day One.

I only give RMR 5 stars because I cannot give them 10. What a stellar find! I've had "crunchy shoulders" for ages and a friend of mine had been urging me to go see Shelly and try Rossiter. I've tried everything, yoga, massage, chiropractic, Migun beds, acupuncture... you name it. I believe in all these methods, but nothing was helping me get through the years of built-up junk in my upper back and shoulders. I felt like the best I could do was just to learn how to most functionally live with my limitations. "This is what it feels like to get older, right?" Absolutely not. After 1 session with Shelly, a chronic headache I'd had for almost a month was gone. After 2 sessions, my right shoulder was "crunch free." After 4 sessions, we're making incredible progress on my left shoulder and I am feeling freedom in my upper body that I haven't felt since I was a kid. Don't get me wrong - it is not the kind of bodywork where you just lie there and hte practitioner "works on you." You are heavily involved in the process and sometimes getting through that built-up junk is really intense! But, for me, it's the "hurts so good" kind of sensation and feels *incredible* to be breaking through and ridding the body of the junk that has built up. I could not recommend them more highly. If you are in pain, and willing to put in the work - GO! (On a practical note, the space is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. There's always plenty of parking.)

Rossiter is difficult for me to explain. So, I would refer you to look at the website for an accurate description. But, what I can very accurately explain and describe is what Rossiter at Rocky Mountain Rossiter (RMR) has done for me. Before my sessions at Rocky Mountain Rossiter, I experienced tension headaches (comparable to migraines) at least once a week that required a large dose of Advil to control. I frequently took at least one does of Advil per day, woke up in pain every morning, and dreaded my commute as I knew I would have either a sore neck or headache when I arrive at my destination. I have a history of being a gym rat and would consider myself pretty physically fit. So, when my chiropractor told me I should also check out Rossiter to address some muscle issues I was surprised and intrigues. Through treatment sessions at RMR, I feel like I have taken 10 years work of stress and fatigues off my body!! This has resulted in less headaches, better posture, waking up NOT sore, and not relying upon Advil!! The process is intense and you will get out of what you put in it....so challenge yourself during the sessions. If you suffer from pain, aches, headaches check out RMR! If you work a desk job, commute too much, and have frequent injuries, check out RMR!

Due to a multitude of sins from all kinds of activity and work my neck, shoulder and back were like rocks and the pain was high on the chart. I tried massage, stretching, acupuncture, cupping and the list goes on and while there was some recovery I was still not pain free. Finally my acupuncturist suggested Rossiter. Shelly of Rocky Mountain Rossiter did an evaluation and was optimistic that she could help me recover. After a few weeks of treatment I am back to my old scary self. The pinpoint stretching got me to normal range of motion and decreased the pain. The most important skills I acquired from Shelly really allows me to help myself when I sense my body is getting in trouble and it put me in charge of a healthy recovery and maintenance.

I have been dealing with plantar fasciiitis since Apr 2013. I have gone to two different podiatrists and two set s of orthotics. One podiatrists even recommended surgery. Shelly is so amazing. I took a 3 day motorcycle ride to the Canyon Lands, Utah. returned with about 75 miles in the rain. She decided to work on my shoulders, WOW My neck, shoulders and arms feel amazing. A few months ago I was unable to walk one block, I would be in such horrible pain for hours. She worked on my knees and calves a few months ago. I was able to hike, a short jog, in my motorcycle boots to check out one of the arches. No pain, not once. I have my knees back.
